Settings → Profile holds your name, profile picture and time zone. Your time zone decides which day a sit belongs to, so set it to where you live.

To change your email address, enter the new one there and confirm it from the message we send. To sign out, open the menu under your name at the top right. There are no usernames: your email is how you sign in.
