Chapter 01 · Start here

Welcome to Solvance

A quiet place to practice, remember what happened, and see how it's changing you. Here's the whole map in five minutes.

Solvance is a meditation companion built around one idea: the sit is only half of it. What you noticed, how the rest of your day went, and what you're working toward are what turn a habit into a practice. Solvance keeps all of it in one calm place, then shows you the patterns.

The loop

Almost everything in Solvance fits into a simple daily loop:

  1. Sit. Start the Timer, pick a sound (or Silence) and practice. A soft chime tells you when you're done.
  2. Reflect. Right after, jot what came up, tag how it felt, and link the sit to an intention. It lands in your Meditation Journal.
  3. Check in. In the evening, spend a minute on the Daily Log: a few sliders, a few tags, a line about the day.
  4. Look back. Over weeks, Insights connects the dots: which practices go deepest, what your good days have in common, where your rhythm is.

A good first week

  • Do one sit a day, any length. Consistency beats duration.
  • Write one honest sentence after each sit, even if it's "restless, mind everywhere."
  • Fill in the Daily Log three or four evenings. It takes under a minute.
  • Set a single intention. Just one.
Try it

The best way to learn it is to use it.
