Your stage as an intention
Set the stage you're working on as an intention, link each session to it, and see how many sessions it's had and how long it's been growing.
Find your best conditions
Insights compares your sessions by time of day, length and practice type, and tracks the depth and mix of your sessions month by month.

Try everything for 14 days. Then decide.
- Today
- Every Insights tab, unlimited tags, templates and intentions. No card, so there's nothing to be charged.
- Day 14
- You choose. Stay on Free, with the Timer, Journal, Daily Log, streaks and heatmap, for as long as you like. Or keep Advance for $59.99 a year (about $5 a month) or $9.99 a month, plus tax where it applies.
- Always
- Nothing you wrote is deleted when the trial ends, and you can export or delete everything whenever you like.
Can I name my own practice types, like stages or techniques?
Yes. Practice types, feelings, day tags and Daily Log sliders are all yours to name, so you can track 'Stage 4', 'Following the breath' or anything else in the words you use.
I already log my sessions somewhere else. Do I start from zero?
No. Import a CSV of past sessions from Insight Timer's session export, or from any app or spreadsheet, in Settings → Data & Account. You see a preview first, and importing the same file twice never adds a session twice.
Bringing history from another appWho can read what I write?
You, and no one else using Solvance. What you write is encrypted before it's saved, and we don't sell your data, show you ads, or use your writing to train AI. You can download everything, or delete your account, whenever you like.
How your writing is protectedWhat does it cost?
Free covers the Timer, Journal, Daily Log, Notebook and Intentions, with up to 5 practice types, feelings and Day tags, and 3 activities, plus the heatmap, streaks and milestones. Advance opens every Insights tab and removes the limits, for $9.99 a month or $59.99 a year, plus tax where it applies. Every new account starts with 14 days of Advance, with no card needed; afterwards you stay on Free unless you choose to upgrade.
